The planet of the Cheetah people is a beautiful world, with sand dunes and forrests near a great lake. But it is also a deadly world, one in which the inhabitants share a symbiotic relationship. The natives are able to transport to other worlds - including Earth - to hunt.
When the seventh Doctor was transported to the planet he found the Master who had sucumbed to the Cheetah Planet and lost control
to his animal side.
Increased violence on the planet triggered volcanic activity. As the levels of violence grew, the volcanic activity began to increase to a level which endangered the future of the planet itself. It is presumed that the Cheetah Planet was destroyed after the Doctor and the Master's fight.
