Pipe People

The Pipe People, as they are now know, were the original inhabitants of the world on which the colony of Terra Alpha was founded. When the colonists moved in the Pipe People were forced underground into a network of pipes.

The Pipe People were working to oppose the rule of Helen A and were close to starvation when first Ace, and later the Seventh Doctor, met them. The Pipe People soon learnt some of Ace's vocabulary, most notably "wicked".

The Pipe People's world underground was dangerous, with tons of crystalised sugar ready to fall if a certain sound was made.
