Mogarians

The Mogarians live on the oxygen free planet of Mogar. For years the Earth Empire has been mining the planet for precious minerals, including vionesium. Many of the Mogarians are unhappy about this.

Two Mogarians attempt to hold a space liner to ransom, enlisting the help of the liner's security officer. In order to survive on the liner they need special suits that are air-tight as oxygen is lethal to them. They did hijack the liner, but they were sprayed with water which destroyed them.

The sixth Doctor and Mel were on the liner at the time, trying to fight off the Vervoids.
