STORY:
The Master is supposedly executed by the Daleks. Before his execution the Master requested that the Doctor take his remains back to Gallifrey. On route, the Master transforms into a morphant creature and sabotages the TARDIS, forcing the Doctor to make an emergency landing.
December 31st 1999; The eve of the new millenium. The Doctor is shot, and regenerates, whilst the Master escapes. The Master's plans threaten the future of Earth, and the Doctor is the only one who can stop him. But first he must adjust to another new body - and remember ...
